Oil Separators

Dissolve air floatation

Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that uses pressurized air to remove suspended matter from wastewater. The process involves dissolving air in the water, then releasing it at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles that attach to suspended matter, causing it to float to the surface of the water.

Mechanical oil trap system

A mechanical oil trap system prevents large oil slugs from forming by trapping a small amount of oil and gradually returning it to the compressor.

Belt skimmer

Oil Skimmers are the most economical, eco-friendly, and efficient equipment to remove surface oil from oceans, effluent treatment, coolant machinery, etc.

Oil skimmer, an oil separation machine finds application in various industries. In demanding situations, oil skimmers help in reducing the treatment cost by removing most of the oil before deploying costly treatments such as chemical processes.
