Multiple effect evaporator system

Poly film evaporation system

A poly film evaporation system can be used to isolate polycarbonate resin as a friable solid gel that is rich in solvent. The gel is then freed from the residual solvent using vented extrusion or drying towers, and the resin is left as a granular particle. The resin can then be transported and blended.

Forced circulation system

Forced circulation systems use electrical pumps, valves, and controllers to circulate water or other heat-transfer fluids through the collectors. This enables a high degree of flexibility in the positioning of the system components.

Agitated thin film dryer

Agitated thin film evaporators are often employed for fluids with high viscosity and sensitivity that is complex to tackle. Impediments with complicated materials are successfully handled by agitated thin-film evaporation.

Crystalizer units

Crystallization is the separation process by which heat and mass transfer remove solids from a solution in the form of high purity crystalline structures. The two-part process of associated nucleation and crystal growth depends upon the relative rate of each step to control crystal size and population.
